Posture Correction

Posture can be defined as the alignment of position that our joints are in.  Good posture is the alignment or position of our joints in which they experience the least amount of stress and provide us optimal function.

This is why we analyse and correct posture, so you can use your joints in their best possible positions during your day-to-day life or during your physical activities.  This helps to minimise the wear and tear on your joints (that cause arthritis), decrease chronic pain, and improves your functionality and performance.

Khyla enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life and has worked with kids as young as 5 years old and geriatrics as wise as 88 years old.
